Who we are

FlyAptitude is an online practice service for pilot aptitude tests, run by Dhruv Gupta, Delhi, India. You can reach us at support@flyaptitude.com.

What we store

When you create an account we store your name, your email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password; we never store the password itself. We also store your credit balance and history, any unlimited pass, your practice sessions and results, and any bug reports you send.

When you are signed in, a cookie holds a random sign-in token so you stay signed in. Your light or dark theme choice, and whether you closed the notice bar, are saved in your browser only.

We use this information to run your account, charge and track credits, show your progress, fix problems you report and keep the service secure. When you buy credits you pay by UPI to our account and give us the UPI reference number (UTR); we store it with your order to confirm the payment. We never see your bank or card details.

We send account emails only: a link to confirm your email address, and a link to reset your password when you ask for one. They are sent through an email delivery provider (Resend), which receives your email address and the message for that purpose only. We do not send marketing emails.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service running and secure. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers in this version. If we add them later, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can delete your practice results at any time with “Delete my practice history” on the Progress page. To close your account and delete your details, contact us at support@flyaptitude.com. Credit records may be kept where the law requires financial records.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us at support@flyaptitude.com.

Age

FlyAptitude is meant for people aged 16 and over who are preparing for pilot selection. If you are younger, please use it with a parent or guardian’s permission.

We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date at the top.
