Air India's own cadet route into its flying academy. Applicants are screened on academics, then complete an aptitude assessment, psychometric tests, a group exercise and interviews.
Academic records and eligibility are checked.
Training providers describe modules covering personality, numeracy, English, multitasking, coordination, monitoring, reaction speed and spatial orientation.

At the time of checking, the official site listed Indian citizens or OCI card holders aged 18 to 30, with 60% overall in 10+2 and 60% in each of English, Mathematics and Physics, and a DGCA Class 1 medical before flight training.
